Warm-up

3 rounds:

Bear crawl down + backward

Burpee broad jump down + back

15 V-ups

 

Strength/Skill

15min EMOM:

1ST min: 45 sec ME handstand walk (or hold)

2nd min: 50’ double DB walking lunge- AHAP (games standard: one DB front rack, one overhead, switch as needed)

3rd min: 8 ea arm single DB clean + jerk – AHAP, one head of DB must touch ground on ea rep

 

Conditioning

For Time: 
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10: Toes to Bar 
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: Deadlifts (225/155)
