Strength/skill:

10 min to find heavy 1 rep jerk (any style)

10 min EMOM:
1 jerk @ 85% of above weight

Conditioning:

40 Deadlift (195/135)
30 Front Squats (175/125)
20 Hang Power Cleans (155/115)
10 shoulder to OH (135/105)
