50 banded pull-aparts
20 PVC passthroughs
20 ring rows

Then, building intensity 3 rounds:

5 power snatch (build to working weight)
3 bar-facing burpees
6 pullups

 

Conditioning

Workout 19.4

For Total Time

3 Rounds of:

10 Snatches (95/65 lb)

12 Bar-Facing Burpees

 

3 minutes Rest

 

Then, 3 rounds of:

10 Bar Muscle-Ups

12 Bar-Facing Burpees
