30 sec slow pushups

30 sec hollow hold

Conditioning:

8 RFT w/a partner:

2 rope climbs

8 shoulder to overhead (135/95)

16 cal bike

*alternate movements w/partner. Partner A does rope climbs, B rests; B does STOH, A rests….
