Warm-up

7 min AMRAP:

20 russian kettlebell swings
10 Overhead plate lunge steps
10 banded lat pulldowns

 

Strength/Skill

Back squat:

1 x 8 @ 50%

1 x 10 @ 60%

3 x Max reps @ 65%

 

Conditioning

Every 3 minutes x 4 rounds:

15 Russian KBS (2/1.5)

15 Burpees over KB

Max reps double unders to 3min mark

*score is total #DU

*No rest between rounds

 

Finisher:

3 x Max reps strict chin-ups

*goal is ~10 reps, use band if needed

*Rest 2 min between sets
