15 plate hops to 45# plate
5 burpees to plate
Strength/skill:
Every 90 seconds x 8 rounds:
1 pause (3 sec) front squat + 1 front 
squat. 
-Start @ 65%-- work up
Conditioning:
5 RFT:
12 back-rack lunge steps (95/65)
200m Run
40 double unders
*18min cap
