Warm-up:
4 Rounds, 30 sec each:
spider-man crawl
squats
Jumping jacks
Side shuffle

Conditioning:

EWOD
Ski or Row
6 x 1000m 
90 sec rest between each 1000m
10 burpees at the end of each 1000m interval

*Rest starts at the end of the 1000m row/ski
--hold pace 3-5 sec of fastest round
