Shuffle, high knees, butt kickers,
Bear crawl, back pedal, broad jump
Finish with 5-4-3-2-1
Pushup/ situps
 

Conditioning:

EWOD
In teams of 2 (one works/ one rests):
Station A:
Row
8 x 150m each on 2:30
AFAP

Station B:
Echo bike 200 cal as a team, switch every 20 cals
20 min cap
*Airdyne= 230 cal
