Strength/skill:

A) 6x8 Bench press w/ 3 sec negative @ 40-60%

B) 8x8 deadlift @ 40-60% (no negative)

Conditioning

30 pullups

30 hand-release pushups

30 toes to bar
400m Run
60 double unders
