Warm-up:

5 min double under practice

10 min handstand walk practice

Strength/skill:

3 Sets:
10 Single Leg Lateral Box Step-Ups (10ea leg, holding KB)
200m Single Kettlebell Farmer Carry
30 medball Sit-Ups (or 15 GHDs)
-AHAP on each exercise

Conditioning:

14 min AMRAP w/a partner:

Partner A: Double KB prayer hold (1.5/1s) while partner B performs AMRAP:

15 OH Plate lunge (35/25)

10 toes to bar

10 cal row

-Switch whenever you’d like but must perform 6 synchro burpees every switch or put the KBs down.

-Score is AMRAP score (don’t count burpees)

*prayer hold- bells must be touching, elbows at side, fingers cannot interlace. Aka.. don’t cheat!
