Warm-up

6 min AMRAP:

15 plate hops to 25# plate

10 V-ups

10 DB push press (med)

Strength/Skill

5 Rounds, Not For Time:
8 heavy Russian KBS
8 Farmer carry Box Step-Ups (50's/35's)
12 Handstand Push-ups

 

Conditioning

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
10 alt DB snatch (50/35)
10 box jump overs (24/20)
10 DB Squats (single DB, 50/35)
-Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
-Pick up next round where you left off

Finisher:

4 min max reps single DB hang clean + jerk.
