10 sumo deadlift high pulls

10 high kicks ea leg

 

Strength/Skill

Conditioning:

12min AMRAP:

8 Shoulder to Overhead (115/80)

16 slam balls (30/20)

32 Double Unders

 

Post:
6 min EMOM
Even: ME Plank (rest remaining time if fail)
Odd:  50 bicycle crunches (L+R=2)
