Warm-up:

3 Rounds:
5 burpees
30 mountain climbers
10 hang power snatch w/empty BB
10 OHS w/ empty BB

Strength/skill:

Snatch
​5x4 touch and go
add weight each set

Conditioning:

For total reps:
4min max box jump over (24/20")
2min max devil press (35/25s)
--2min rest--
4min max row for cals
2 min max devil press (35/25s)

 

Finisher:
Tabata pushups (banded if possible)-- 20 sec "rest" at top of pushup
