Bear crawl back

Strength/skill:

OHS—start @ 70-75%, working up AHAP

Conditioning:

3 RFT
16 dual DB Front rack lunges (50/35s)
24 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
*must jump for RX

 

Finisher:

As fast as possible:
50 banded bicep curls (medium)
50 iceskaters
