Max effort top or ring support hold
 

Strength/skill:

10-8-6-4-2 Bench press- start @ 65%, work AHAP ea set

*Between sets do 50ft lunge walk with single KB OH (1.5+/1+)
 

Conditioning:

3RFT:
3 Rope Climbs
21 Power Snatch 75/55lbs
200m Run

*Rope climb mod- 3:1 hanging knee raises on rope
