10 goblet lunge steps
10 (total) KB snatch
10 tuck jumps

Conditioning

4 min AMRAP x 5 rounds:
3 Power Cleans (135/95lb)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
12 Deadlifts (135/95lb)
1 minute Rest, then Repeat (5 times total)
*pick up where you left off for total rounds
