6 min AMRAP w/ LIGHT wallball:

10 russian twists

10 wallballs

bear crawl down & back pushing ball

Strength/Skill

Front Squat- see posted sheets

Conditioning:

4 RFT:
100' Farmer Carry (2/1.5 ea hand)
20 wallballs (20/14)
10 Burpee pullups (bar 6" from reach, jump feet out and in for Rx on burpee)
-Rest 90 seconds b/w rounds
