8 ea leg: single leg romanian deadlift w/ 3 sec negative (lowering back down)
-alt w/
8 dumbbell bench press w/3 sec negative (lowering down)*
*work with partner, minimize rest between sets

Conditioning:

12 burpee box jump over (24/20)
24 KBS (1.5/1)
