Welcome to CrossFit Down Valley. Our primary objective is to improve your overall health and give you the tools necessary to thrive. Whether you are young or old, fit or not, we can help you reach your fitness goals. We focus on movements that help you attain maximum functional fitness. We use barbells and implement many other training tools such as kettlebells, sandbags, rowers, and jump ropes. Each workout is different from the last to prevent our members from getting bored or burned out.
While CrossFit is known for challenging the worlds most fit athletes the reality is most of us do not "fit" into that category. That's the beauty of CrossFit. All workouts are scaled appropriately no matter ones physical ability or strength. The official CrossFit website says it best: "The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind."
So no matter your age, physical ability, sports history, athleticism, etc. Non of that matters here. All we ask is that you show up ready to work to the best or YOUR ability.
