10 PVC Pass Throughs
25 Plate Hops
10 Front Squat with Empty BB
10 Thrusters with empty BB
10 Leg Swings/Leg

Strength:
Front Squat
1x10 @ 60% of 1RM
1x5 @ 70% of 1RM
1x10 @ 65% of 1RM
1x5 @ 75% of 1RM

Conditioning:
For time (20min cap):
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 cal Bike or Row
50 Power Snatches (95/65)
50 Burpee Box Overs (24/20)
