Back squat
Every 2 minutes:
Set 1: 2 @ 85% of 1RM
Set 2: 4@ 80% of 1RM
Set 3: 6 @ 76% of 1RM
Set 4: 8 @ 73% of 1RM
Set 5: 10 @ 67-72% of 1RM

Conditioning:

Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds:
50ft double DB front rack lunge (50/30s)
100m sprint
15 pushups on DBs (chest to ground)
9 Double DB Deadlift

*Score is slowest round
