Conditioning:
For time, with a partner
100 call bike
80 slamballs (40/30)
60 Snatches (95/65)
40 SDHP (95/65)
200 Double unders (2:1 singles)
10 Rope Cimbs

*Partition reps however you'd like with your partner. Rest while partner works.
