Warm-up:
3 rounds:
200m Run
15 air squats
10 pushups

Strength/skill:
Every 90 sec x  8 sets:
3 push jerk
*Starting @ 55%, work up

Conditioning:
3 RFT (22min cap):
200m sandbag Run (green/red)
15 burpees over sandbag
25 bearhug sandbag squats
*90 sec rest between round
